Insulated shipping

All of our products are free of harmful additives, including those frequently used to maintain stability during exposure to extreme heat, which may compromise product quality, just as it would organic food. And after all, our products are organic food for your skin. To protect your order during months of extreme heat, we use insulated packaging and expedited shipping. Please see that your delivery is not left outdoors. This applies to gift orders as well. One convenient option is to have the order shipped to the recipient’s place of business. AS WE DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES IN OPTIMAL CONDITION, ROBERT NATALI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS IN UNATTENDED DELIVERIES.

Free shipping

Robert Natali provides free ground shipping and handling—and free expedited shipping and handling during months of extreme heat—for all orders to shipping destinations within the contiguous U.S. only. Applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees do not contribute towards satisfying the minimum requirement for free shipping and handling.

Shipping methods

Robert Natali offers the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Ground: 5-8 business days
  • FedEx 2nd Day: 2-3 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: 1-2 business days

Processing protocol (Contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories)

  • All ground shipping orders received before 12pm Central Standard Time (CST) are processed and shipped within two business days, Monday through Friday, based on product availability. Orders received after 12pm CST, during the weekend or on a national holiday will be processed and shipped within two days of the next business day, based on product availability.
  • All 2nd day and overnight shipping orders received before 12pm Central Standard Time (CST) are processed and shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, based on product availability. Orders received after 12pm CST, during the weekend or on a national holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day, based on product availability.

International shipping

 

At present, we do not ship to international destinations outside the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories.

Applicable sales tax

At present, we are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax in California, Missouri, Nevada, and South Carolina. This sales tax is automatically computed and itemized during checkout, and included in your total.

Tracking your package

After completing your order, you’ll receive two courtesy emails. The first will confirm your purchase. The second will confirm that your order has shipped and provide a tracking number so you can conveniently monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.
